Here you go.

I think you need at least Photoshop 7 or above. I'm not sure, because I pretty much explored and taught myself stuff with the CS and CS2 versions, so I'm not familiar with earlier versions or other programs. You should also already have a pretty basic bit of knowledge of the program.

Please note that, when you click on the pen tool, make sure the palette on the top is selected to the "Paths" button/option, rather then the "shapes". If you're celshading using my "method", it doesn't really matter, but for path-stroking, it does.

I just want to know how to make a good ink brush... :/ path is very cold and unexpressive, I would like to make the lines myself

Sounds a little complicated but I'll give it a try, I always use old pen & paper for inking but I'm tired of it. Thanks for this tutorial
