lulz, the dimensions are 779 to 977 by chance. that's...weird.

design for ecr njrotc t-shirts which may or may not be in the making... who knows, i sure don't. :[ anyhow, it's pretty much just the elements of the navy emblem only slightly...uh...reworked. this is the lineart, just until i get off my ass to startandhopefullyfinish coloring.

i really hope CDR and chief don't think my eagle looks like a chicken again.
